Beginner

Well I did it - I finally did 100 pushups in a day! To many f you its a “so what” but to me WOW. I ended doing groups of 5. I’m bragging for a 65 year old man but I’m happy

I’m 64, and this morning I managed to grunt out 3 sets for a total of 28. Savor your win.
