Put the Timney Alpha trigger in my G20.5 and it is amazing!! Took care of my main issue with Glock, the squishy trigger! Now it is super crisp, defined wall and clean break @ 3lbs!
I’ve had the Timney in my G22.3 for a while and wanted to put one in the 10mm but Timney didn’t have a trigger available for the large frame gen 5. Idk how long its been available but I was periodically checking their website to see if they would release an alpha trigger for the large frame gen 5 and last week I came across it! Simply amazing trigger!

Looking to get my Glock 20 g4 milled for an optic. Can’t decide between Trijicon RCR or Romeo X Enclosed pro. What does everyone like better? Will be my outdoor gun when hunting and fishing, Thanks.
Edit: Choose* lol

What set up would be your choice? I will be mounting a Holoson 508T. I’m just trying to find an optic plate….what optic plate do you recommend

This is my Glock 20 Gen 5 MOS, finally set up the way I want it. • Optic: Brand-new Trijicon RCR (Ruggedized Closed Reflex) mounted on a Forward Controls OPF-G RMR stainless-steel plate for a rock-solid zero. • Light: Surefire X300U-B, throwing 1,000 lumens. • Grips: Handelit Edge panels for extra traction and comfort.
It’s never been fired—yet. That’s about to change soon when I take it to the range for its first shots.

I think I might have an addiction. Not shown is the 3.8 XDM Elite.

After over a month of looking everywhere, I finally found one! But finally I’m a member of the 10mm club!

Looking at picking up a new (recent production) 10mm 4” for $600. It will be my first 10mm, but on the fence about the 4” model. Want this size for versatility and carry, but not sure about shootability, especially with legit 10mm loads.
There is nowhere nearby that I can rent one from to get a feel for it. So I appreciate any input does from those familiar with this platform.
In no particular order:
Glock 20 Gen5 MOS
Springfield Armory XD-M Elite
Smith & Wesson M&P 2.0
Sig Sauer P320-XTEN
FN 510 Tactical
(Bonus) Taurus TH10 (for shits n giggles. I know not a single soul will pick this)
And yes I know someone is still going to say Glock.
Can’t seem to see if those mags will fit this pistol I just ordered. Also can’t find anywhere what red dot plates it comes with. Anyone have one and know?
Does anyone know of a 10mm lever action rifle? I’ve done some research online and haven’t found any currently in production. Are there any older models that use a 10mm cartridge? Thanks in advance!
Dad shot my Glock 40 last weekend and now he wants a 10mm but it has to have a manual safety, rail for light, optic ready and 15ish round capacity. Wants for the house/in the woods. He’s not big into pistols but he said he googled and saw the p320 xten looked like the best one. 😵💫
of course me initially being kind of obsessed with the handgun stuff as of late I was full panic mode, with P320 drama as of late. I personally, I have no faith in that pistol or trust as well as probably some of the worst luck on this planet did not seem like a good idea for me to ever own one, but I’ve been digging just to make sure I’m not missing anything anything that I should consider for him.
All that being said, I kind of dove down the rabbit hole and it seems like the tanfoglio is a pretty good option, especially their hexagon version. Obviously it’s kind of double the price of the Xten and the Smith & Wesson. Of course the Smith I know have little issues with the mags which seem to be easily rectified.
Personally, I don’t think he would really give a shit which gun he had as long as it met the criteria. He has no problem with the gun being $1500 as long as it’s good quality/reliable. I was personally a big fan of the tanfoglio hexagon tactical especially knowing that they are kind of modeled after the CZ 75 series and I’m a big cz fan. Plus it’s port/compensated!? Is there anything else to really consider? I know it seemed like some people kind of bounced around from a couple of of the Polymer variant manufacturers just to end up with the tanfoglio….
Did this trade a weeks ago. After having my Gun posted for quite a while, never any good offers found a decent trade so I just jumped on it. Had been wanting to add a 10 mm to the collection so it seemed Glock would be a reliable way to go. Going to get another 10 mm for my dad just haven’t decided which one yet.. but it seems like a good opportunity to try some different ones out. For those wondering the compensated slide had a few failures just on one mag. Didn’t even pay attention, but it was the ammo Inc. box. So no idea what details on those rounds are.

Bought my first 10mm back in March, M&P 2.0 with the 4.6” barrel. Had seen they had issues back in the past, but had been told that the one I was being sold was received by the store in January 2025. Took it home, field stripped, cleaned, and lubricated to the manual. Took it to the range and fired 50 rounds perfect. Came home, gave it just a quick wipe down and then went back out several weeks later. Had multiple FTF mainly on the final round in a mag, and would sometimes eject an unspent round. Sent into Smith, received it this week, took it back to the range. 50 rounds, perfect, next 50 rounds had 4 failures, 3 were failures to eject a cartridge, and 1 ejected a unspent round.
Planning on using this as a woods gun and reliability is my biggest requirement, at this point not sure what to do. Feel like it’s an extractor thing since all these issues happen on both mags.
Have a friend who likes more niche guns, so he’s fine with the failures that might want it, so I’m considering selling to him and buying a G20.
Long post, but looking for opinions on what to do.

Hey guys,
Never had anything chambered in 10mm before. I'm interested in building out a subsonic suppressed hunting rifle for deer (100 yards and in where I hunt).
For subsonic I really prefer something that doesn't have any action noise, but I'm not very familiar with 10mm.
Do any of you have anything bolt action or lever action? What has your experience been like with it?
