Happened a short time ago, left lane was blocked as the driver stopped short of scalping his boat.

And yes those are teeth on the bridge, above 12ft 0in sign, this bridge has munched on 100 too tall idiots since people started keeping track about 20 years ago.

The craziest part is when you notice the entire lower concrete edge has chunks broken out of it. One crunch after another.

Indication they're not taking care of it. Concrete being chipped and broken like that leads to cracks, then water infiltration, then rust.

At that height it should have a steel impact bar/angle iron on the lower corner and ideally a guard span/noisemakers before it.
