Absolutely, but when geneticists reveal it through public health and ancestry sites accidentally, it needs to be reported, (the numbers, not the names or individuals) ,just the anonymous statistics so the public is aware. It is not being discussed as a public health concern and it needs to be.
t's a public health issue and one of the many reasons we need a public health system, Universal Health Care for all. Public schools ,teachers and health care providers are obligated to report physical abuse, this is no different. It's not about rugged individualism, it's about maintaining a civilized society which we deserve. Our tax dollars should be going towards that & not faux military parades and pageantry security.

It's not covered because it's embarrassing to families. They'd rather no one knows.
