It's easiest to update if you're on desktop. But basically, in the sidebar directly under the # of subscribers there should be
"Edit your book count flair" with your user name on the left and "edit" on the right.
Most people have adopted the "X/52 + Y" format where X is the number of books you've read from the subreddit and Y are any additional books you've read instead. But you could do just X/52 if you'd like and just keep track of the total. Up to you.
