531 for beginners, 7th cycle, 1+ week
Main and supplemental work (kg)
Assistance work:
And right after the workout, I joined a stretching class at the gym together with my SO.
I had to resort to straps on two of my FSL deadlift sets today, as I felt my grip beginning to slip. Maybe I should add some grip training now and then.
I want to reset my OHP TM now, because even though I manage my 5+/3+/1+ sets, it's been a long time since I did a set over 8 reps.
My right shoulder felt pretty good today, and a deload / TM test is coming up soon!
