Im pretty pessimistic guy myself but this sub and its comments are insane lately. So much negativity.

This is 100% true, but it's also true that there are tons of comments just talking about how negative it is, too, despite there being an entire thread dedicated to feedback on improving the sub yesterday.

Another way to change the level of negativity is to just fill this place with positivity. Create posts or start comment threads about positive subjects or what you want to discuss, reply and upvote other positive contributions.

You can't control other people's opinions or comments here, but you can be a positive force for change here if this is what you really want to see. Just an idea.
