My best friend told me to watch it in 2021 so I downloaded it, forgot about it, tried getting into it a year and a half ago but then stopped, and then once I got a TV in my room I decided to give it a go again and watched the whole thing in 3 days

Have you seen the legend of korra yet? I avoided watching it for years! Loved ATLA, but after trying the first few episodes of LoK I was hooked. It’s definitely worth a watch.

I actually started watching the series a couple days ago, but am watching it at a slower pace than ATLA (mainly because I was on holiday when I watched ATLA but now I have to do school). I'm in the first book and I really like it so far, love the industrial 1920s setting!!

Nice! If you like it so far, I’m sure you’ll love the rest. The industrial setting is the part most seem to love or hate. I loved it, and was surprised by how much I enjoyed the show overall. Whenever you finish it, I’m curious to know what you thought!

I just finished season one, and in my opinion it's a great show so far but I'd say that some of the writing is rushed for a few elements. I feel like the reason why some people would hate it is because they are expecting basically the same show as Avatar the Last Airbender but this is different, and whether or not one respects that it will be different from the original series plays a factor in whether they like it or not
