Meme Fire Princess Azula wins the indigo lantern of compassion. Who wins the black lantern of death. Character with the most upvotes wins.

Post image

Black lanterns - The Black Lantern Corps seeks to eliminate all life in the DC Universe, using death as their primary weapon. - They are composed of deceased characters who have been reanimated by the Black Power Rings.

Rules - no Legend of Korra characters count - Animals and Spirits count (although for this specific lantern I’m not sure about spirits) - for this lantern ring: the character HAS to be dead with their body mostly intact

Notes - Hama the Bloodbender came in second with Iroh following

Sozin!

Also thank you for holding our hands and explaining each of the lanterns for us. These are always a fun exercise—I would have never picked Azula for compassion until you explained it to us!

I still think that iroh should have been compassion. Don't really know what he was like before his son died.

Enough to tell he shouldn't have been compassion. We know he was good spirited, spared the dragons and good enough to have always pissed off Ozai. Maybe he could be a sort of leader like Indigo 1, but I doubt he would even need a ring for that.

By the end of the series, did he demonstrate compassion? If yes, he’s not really eligible for the compassion ring
