Earthbending is objectively the best option here😂

But so many places say no shoes no service

Use Toph’s method of fake shoes with no base.

Air bending is. You can rock a bald look or cover it up with a toupee for a man? And a short, medium, or long hair length for a woman. Or even be a guy and rock long hair!

I don't see a downside of fire bending honestly

You’d need to use a mirror to see the downside.

Look what a burn scar looks like, the show styling doesn't make it look so bad but irl I'd not something you would want to have

All depends on how you get the scar. Does one just appear? Do you have to go through a painful experience/accident to get the scar that unlocks the firebending? Do you get to choose what it looks like? If you already have one, does that count, or will it require a new one for everybody?

Honestly I have a severe fear of being barefoot outside. It doesn't sound that bad at first, but on second thought you get all the tiny sharp pebbles on the concrete and the ground that would hurt, and also the animal droppings you'd sometimes step in on accident. And that's the best of it. The worst of it would be poisonous plants rubbing on your feet, insect and snake bites, parasites like hookworm, and trash like broken pieces of glass, and even discarded needles cutting your feet. I found a rusty tack on the sole of my shoe when I was 5, and then again some time later in my life. Do you know how sensitive the skin on our feet is? Specifically the arch.

If I choose earthbending, my only reasonable choice is to move. If not, my only reward for surviving burning the bottom of my feet on hot pavement will be quickly losing toes and more to frostbite.
