Incredible framing! I thought it was an oil painting when I first saw it.

The darkness of the room, especially the shadows on the plants, and the post-shower sunlight cast on the desk and leaves creates a visual tension to the almost fluorescent brightness of the clouds in the sky. The salmon and gold color of the clouds contrast beautifully with the deep greens of the plants.

The house in the street anchors the image there. Keeping the ethereal picture grounded. While the chalk white sink initially appears as a seat and teases this viewer to sit down and contemplate this gorgeous image a little bit longer.
