A piece I did of Trent Reznor of Nine inch nails. Trent was painted using spray paint and stencils that I cut by hand, and the background is an acrylic pour, with added details done by hand. "Discipline" 12 x 12 inches

Hi. Just did my second piece. What do you do when a corner of the piece looks a little bland? Do you pour more paint on it? Run something thru it to break it up (what do you use)?

Appreciate the help

One Tool, Endless Possibilities 🖼️💫
Today we are back with the Spin-the-Shot acrylic pour gadget—but this time, we poured the paint in a completely different way. 🎨✨ The results are proving once again how versatile fluid art can be.
https://youtu.be/fRZOy5z2d9U?si=PoRIXAjxIrvEkBUs
If you missed our first experiment with this tool (where things didn’t quite go as planned 😅), make sure to check out that video too—you’ll see just how unpredictable and fun fluid art really is! 💜

👉 Watch our first Spin-the-Shot experiment here:    • Unique Spin-the-Shot Acrylic Pour 🌟 Stunni...   🎨✨

A special shoutout to my dear friend, supporter and student Rozzi, who brought me this Spin-the-Shot all the way from the USA. Next year in April 2026, Rozzi will be hosting an event in New Hope, Pennsylvania, where my paintings will also be displayed and available for purchase. 🖼️💫
I’m beyond excited and so grateful for this opportunity to share my art across the ocean!

Fluid art is a journey full of surprises, and I hope this piece brings you as much joy as it brought us to create it. Thank you for being here with us. 💜

Preventing/fixing halos

Post image
5 Upvotes

Sometimes I get these halos (white spots) that litter my paintings- where my pillow paint peaks through my colored paints. What is causing this and how do I fix it? It happens irregularly that I can't narrow it down to just one cause, whether it be: my pillow paint consistency, my color consistency, the amount of either paint, or something else entirely. They always start out really small, but then get bigger relatively quickly if I don't stick em with a pin- and sometimes there are too many to poke that my efforts are futile.

Unique Spin-the-Shot Acrylic Pour 🌟 Stunning Results Without Knowing How to Use It! 😅

Today’s pour was a little different—I had the chance to try out a Spin-the-Shot gadget that my dear friend and student Rozzi brought me all the way from the USA. 🎉 The idea was simple: pour paint into the bowl and watch it flow beautifully through six little tips. But… We forgot to take out the ball that blocks the hole, so nothing came out! 😅 Instead of stopping, I decided to pour the paint straight from the big bowl—and to my surprise, the result turned out absolutely amazing. ✨

This is a wonderful reminder that fluid art is full of surprises, and sometimes the best creations come when you least expect them. I hope you enjoy watching this piece come to life as much as Rozzi and I enjoyed creating it together. 💜

Bloom Blowout Experiment with Owatrol Floetrol & TLP Pigments 🌸✨

Thumbnail

In today’s video, I’m experimenting with a Bloom Blowout using Owatrol Floetrol as my pouring medium and some of my favorite This Little Piggie pigments ( I disperse the with JoSonja varnish) . ✨ The colors were vibrant, shimmery, and the blowout with my hair dryer created such a beautiful composition.
https://youtu.be/-Kf6Ir4fLd0?si=S_xAtMJOKj6KaKxZ
Unfortunately, the painting cracked as it dried—but that’s part of the fluid art journey. Every pour teaches me something new, and this experiment gave me great insights for my next tries with Floetrol and pigments. 🎨💫

I hope you enjoy watching this bloom come to life as much as I enjoyed creating it! If you’ve had cracking happen in your pours, let me know in the comments—I’d love to hear your tips and experiences. 💕

Hugs from Slovenia,
Fiona 🎨✨

Metal & Flame: Fluid Art with a Touch of Drama ⚡🔥

Thumbnail

Hello from Slovenia again!
This time I went all-in with metallics—gold, bronze, copper with carmine red, pearl white, and black. The way they flowed together blew me away! The result is full of drama, shimmer, and feathery effects that feel almost alive on the canvas. I love how the metallics catch the light and create movement with every shift in perspective – it’s like watching fire dance with shadows.

Fluid art never stops surprising me, and this piece is no exception. I hope it inspires you to play with color and shine in your own pours. 💛

Hypnotic Acrylic Pouring Illusion ~ Psychedelic Kaleidoscope Bloom 🌸

Thumbnail
gallery
2 Upvotes

Today I tried something a little different… I poured blues, purples, and a hint of gold into my cup and let them flow over a dual bloom tool. What happened on the canvas honestly feels hypnotic—it opened up into a psychedelic kaleidoscope bloom, like a flower from another dimension. 🌌🌸
https://youtu.be/deQ_TSK2wvE?si=8YFTT19embl_9xWr
I love these moments in acrylic pouring when the paint takes over and creates something I could never plan. Watching the petals form and the colors blend was pure magic, and I can’t wait to share it with you.

Thank you for joining me in the studio again—it means so much that you’re here on this creative journey with me. 💜

Hugs,
Fiona

Mesmerizing Symmetry: Dual Bloom Acrylic Pouring Tool Creates Stunning Flower 🌸

In today’s video, I’m using Dual Bloom Pouring Tool! 🎨 I poured black and white layers first, then added beautiful violet shades in between. The paint flowed down the tool’s legs and bloomed into a perfectly symmetrical 3D flower. 🌸

This technique is so relaxing to watch, and the final painting turned out elegant and full of depth. I just love how the colors danced together to form those soft petals.
