I can't escape creating galaxies 🌌! This one is no exception. What do you guys think 🤔?

In this fluid art experiment, I tried adding silicone oil to just one of my paints and explored two different techniques — a blowout and a double dip. While the blowout wasn’t my favorite, the double dip completely stole the show! 🌳 The results? Gorgeous, organic tree-like shapes with stunning effects that you just have to see.

Today I’m proving that acrylic pouring doesn’t have to be wasteful. For this project, I used scrape-off paint from my previous pour as the base layer. Then I added a bold stripe of blues, gold, and purple right in the middle, topped it with titanium white mixed with silicone oil, and blew it out for some gorgeous effects. To finish, I rolled a marble through the paint to add a playful touch and extra movement. The result? A unique, one-of-a-kind artwork that started from leftovers!

Acrylique sur toile

In Still Life with Kettle, painted in 2023, Adam Kozik—an architect turned painter—creates a captivating harmony between the simplicity of an everyday object and the abstraction of form. Executed in acrylic on canvas, the composition measures 80 × 80 cm and is signed and dated in the lower left corner, confirming both authenticity and the artist’s deliberate compositional restraint.

Born in Kraków in 1972, Kozik brings an architect’s precision into his painting, a quality evident in the meticulous structuring of his works. His art often explores the meeting point between abstraction and figuration, where geometric shapes emerge naturally from familiar motifs, marked by rhythmic spatial arrangements and a strong yet balanced use of color.

In this still life, the humble kettle becomes a central character—transformed through abstraction into an emblem of quiet beauty. The subdued palette and interplay of light and shape invite the viewer to look beyond the ordinary, discovering a visual poetry hidden in domestic scenes. It’s a work that merges everyday intimacy with thoughtful compositional design.

This unique painting is currently available through website ArtKrak, offering collectors an opportunity to own a thought-provoking piece from a contemporary Polish artist whose dual background in architecture and painting lends his work both structure and soul.

When your cells don’t play nice… turn them into flowers! 🌸

In today’s video, I’m starting with a flip cup using titanium white, briliant blue, prussian blue, greenish blue. bordo red, pearl magenta and gold. After tilting out my paint, I wanted to show you that this is the moment where you decide – leave it as is, or take it further.

I added a little silicone oil to my titanium white, grabbed my palette knife, and did a swipe to bring out some cells. Some were amazing… others, not so much. 😅 But that’s where the magic happens – I used a wooden skewer to transform those “not so cool” cells into delicate little flowers.

The end result? A neat combination of cells and soft floral details that make the whole painting come alive. I hope it inspires you to play, experiment, and turn every “oops” into art. 🌸✨
