Wade singing songs
I hear on ".44 calibre loveletter" a voice that does not seem characteristically either Wade or Dallas, singing clean vox - I've been a fan for a long time, since early\mid 2003 but it occurred to me - did Wade sing any 'leads' prior to Crisis?

What about the other screamer on Kennedy curse who goes real low that’s not George. Always wondered who that was.

I'm pretty sure the low "demoninic" growling was George actually. A lot of overdubbing in this song, wasn't recorded live all in one take all at once. Recording more singing and screaming over recordings of themselves lol.
Such a great song. Such a great fucking album. Such a great band!1

Yeah good question - it might be more than just that one song, I was just thinking about this again, this weekend. Wade, I'd guess.

I'm wondering who did the higher pitch scream at around 2:20 on that song, it doesn't sound like George or Wade, it might have been an overdub by Dallas..?

I know exactly what your talking about - that could have been anyone, I forgot all about that, that's like a joke scream, I would categorically refer to it, if I were doing it myself - as opposed to my real scream. It could have been Jesse I for all I know, but if I were to guess it's George 'screaming' with the force of speaking before "putting his diaphragm" into the actual lyrics....

Yeah it's entirely possible that it could have been Jesse or even Chris, if not George, Wade, or Dallas.

I'll listen again but I know it is hard to associate a speaking voice with singing, and singing with scream so "it doesn't sound like..." doesn't tell me a lot but I'll listen again right now

Wade is definitely featured on 44, right around 2:20. He sings a bunch on both S/T and Watch-Out especially.
On their first EP, Wade has the lead vocals on the Philosophical Significance
