I had one as well. Pretty sure it came with a special edition of Crisis.

I still have mine as well. It came with a special cd edition of crisis and contained the bonus tracks thrones and my god is a reasonable man, plus I think a live video of accidents

I've got one just like it somewhere. Came in the special edition CD of Crisis and came preloaded with some music videos and stuff if I recall.
