can’t connect my tv

i’m having trouble getting my tv to work. i can’t seem to connect it to the secure wifi. any advice?? am i missing something?

Call the it services desk extension 55555. Also see post below from someone trying to add a Nintendo switch

First go to the following webpage and register your MAC address: https://algcppm-mgt.algonquincollege.com/guest/mac_registration.php

Once you are done registering your MAC address, connect to ACGuest (NOT ACSecure).
