Validation Could this be the ultimate AIO? "Am I overreacting about how my mom treated me on my birthday?"

The main reason I am talking about the daughter is because I don't believe this is a real story.

While I can believe that something like this does happen, this is another story of way too much stuff going on, and the mother is too perfect of a villain, coupled with OOP posting both a cashapp and posting on a an 'am I overreacting' sub. Also, apparently the mom, when confronted had a complete 180 and apologized for the first time in 23 years.

Then, mom promptly goes out of town with aunt. Oh, and apparently OOP had other siblings but they died (they threw in a 'last living child')

This has also apparently been a week and a half since the birthday (at least it sounds like that in the post at the end)

Basically, everything sounds fairly fake and just enough context for reddit to do their detective/armchair diagnosing.

Basically, she is underreacting, even though she is asking if she is overreacting and, as is par for the course with reddit, added way too many details to make the mother look absolutely horrible and irresponsible, while she herself is portrayed as saintly and never doing anything wrong, until she grew a spine and stood up for herself.
