Does the bad guy John Wick the dog? If so, I would not be able to continue watching the show since I have the same breed of dog and it would be traumatic to me.

Why is there some guy speaking at the start and during this film? Like, was the movie hacked or something? It's some guy in a plaid shirt,with a southern accent from the 2020s just speaking over it and pausing it...

I really enjoyed seeing the names of the actors during a movie. Has Amazon released any information as to why they quit doing this?

It seems everything that's good is getting stripped away. I've also noticed that the countdown on commercials is being removed sometimes.

What will they take away next?

I have been a member of Amazon Prime for years and am just now learning about channel subscription options within Amazon Prime Video.

My hubby is in Assisted Living and I am in Independent Living in a very nice Continuing Care Community. Our community provides a Comcast Xfinity subscription (with the cable box) in our monthly fee and I have upgraded both of our Comcast packages because he likes to watch old movies, Westerns, nature shows (like David Attenborough), some sports. I also have Apple TV+.

He is able to access Prime Video and Apple TV+ through the Comcast remote by saying "Prime Video" or "Apple TV" and it takes him directly to the auto login. I wish he could just browse everything without having to leave the Comcast side, but it doesn't work that way. He does have some cognition issues, but right now, can change the channels ok. I have it set up so that if he picks something with an extra cost, he would have to type in the PIN, which I have not given him.

I am thinking of subscribing to several of the specific channels offered through Prime Video, so that he can just access more shows by going into the Prime Video interface and not having to go to each specific app provider. Is this correct?

Also, for those of you with family members in this situation, what additional channels do you subscribe to within Prime Video?

Not sure what the deal is with Amazon. But are they trying to hide their better movies. I will search for a movie in a category and after a half hour normally just give up.

The weirdest part to me is the movies they say are trending or I would like or are popular right now......... When I go and look for one the majority of them are like 3s and 4s with the IMDb rating that's listed in the movie description.

Again I don't get it. I wish there was a way to have them list movies over a certain IMDb score. I know there are good movies hidden because I find them every blue moon. But it's simply not worth the time to search forever to try and find

They HAVE to change up their format completely!!!!! It's making me want to cancel, and honestly only reason I don't it's because of the free shipping of goods that goes along with the service.

Does anyone know of anything I'm missing. Is there a way to have them show me better stuff then the crap they always tend to show me as something id like. And then go and look and it's like B film that's never seen a movie theatre.

Whoever was in charge of updating the media player should be fired! Now when I open Prime, it takes forever to load and everything is slow and keeps crashing. WHY TOUCH IT IF IT AIN'T BROKEN!

Ad starts playing at the start of the video, wow AD about a another Prime show, how utterly pointless.
Oh, the subtitles are playing in the background... Well, now the subtitles are off by the length of the ad. And the episode cuts short the length of the ads at the end.

I've had Amazon prime for about 10 years now. I havent used it much in the last 2 or so years. I come back today and now everything i try to watch has ads? I know this has been standard for other streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, etc... but when is enough enough? Between ads and annual membership price increases, we're basically just coming back full circle to having a cable subscription. Ill be canceling soon as Im not a huge fan of having garbage ads shoved down my throat at every scene change in a film or TV show.

I watch prime on my phone, and as of today nothing will load unless I have hardware acceleration turned on. Its super annoying caus if its turned on the app runs at 15fps. Anyone else having this issue?

Hi all I'm having an issue where the screen rotates even though I have it locked on phone settings. I use Android mobile. I like watching while lying down and putting the phone vertically next to me but then it rotates back into portrait position. Anyone know how to fix this? It only started happening aftr this last update and it's making it impossible for me to enjoy watching anything. Is there a way of reverting the update?

Was wondering if someone with Prime can see if a movie is on there for me. The movie is called Bambi: The Reckoning it came out this year.
