I don't think that's what the meme is saying at all though? It's just satirically highlighting cliche expectations of men and women in relationships that the other (exaggeratedly) doesn't receive. There's no indication of one being terms for the other.

That subreddit is a cesspool, so the intent is most definitely “fine, if I can’t demand sex, then I don’t have to be a decent partner”
