Australian Drone Pilots— how do you get work, and how much do you spend on marketing?

Hi Everyone 👋 New to the group.

I'm doing a research project and want to understand a couple of things from Drone Pilots here:

1) How most starting/newbie drone pilots are getting work?

2) How much are current drone pilots spending (per month) on their own self-marketing and business development? [this includes both dollar-costs and hours-spent]

I'd appreciate some insights from this group.
