Could you recommend some multivitamin brands?
I’m from Korea and I’d like to try some Australian multivitamins. Do you have any recommendations? Since I’m a man, I prefer low-dose multivitamins that do not contain iron.
Which brands are popular in Australia? And is there any particular reason why Australians do or do not especially like Blackmores?"**

Why? Unless your doctor informs you otherwise, you are getting all the vitamins you need from your food.

I really like meat and eat it at every meal, but I hardly eat any vegetables. I’m a traveler here and haven’t consulted a doctor about nutritional imbalances, but I’m probably at risk of nutrient deficiencies due to my unbalanced diet. 😅

Have you been pooping regularly? If not then you’ll probably need a fibre supplement rather than multivitamin. If you have been pooping normally and this vege-deficient diet is short term then you probably still won’t need a multivitamin. Our bodies can store most vitamins for a while and meat has most of the important ones!

bsc clean greens doesn't replace the fiber and water in veggies but it can help. Apart from that you can take some vitamin d in winter, eat an orange every now and then. That's it really

Can recommend using tomato passata instead of pre-made pasta sauces. Pure tomato puree for your pasta dishes. At least you're getting some good vitamins there. Add mixed herbs and spices it up however you like.
If you're not a vegetable person, at least be a fruit person. Doesn't matter what type necessarily. Grapes, bananas, apples. Whatever you can. Once per day.

Sounds like you need to add more fruits, and vegetables, to a balanced diet. It shouldn't be hard with our produce here.
If there is something specific you are missing, talk to a doctor rather than wasting your money.

Get your bloods done. You probably don't need to waste your money on them. Unless you like pissing money away. (lol see what I did there)

Honestly, supplements should be taken to rectify a deficiency, not because you eat crappy food and “maybe” have deficiencies

Get your bloods done so you can take targeted ones if needed, rather than multivitamins

We like Blackmores. It's our top brand.
But it's expensive so I only buy them when they have a half price sale, which is a regular thing actually. So look for the sales.
I don't like Swisse brand. They add too many crazy things.... It's gimmicky and they're trying to be different. I think this is problematic. People shouldn't be putting all different supplements into their bodies if they don't have an actual deficiency in those things. Don't like Swisse for this reason. Only use supplements you truly need. Get a blood test to determine any true deficiencies.
Blackmores are great. We have a regulated industry here. So some of the lower brands are just as good. Cenovis and Nature's way for example. But as they are a cheaper brand, sometimes the vitamin concentration is lower than Blackmores. So I guess sometimes a half price sale for Blackmores, which might end up being a higher concentration too, can actually be the better deal value wise.

They are all charlatans. No one "likes" them at all. And no, one brand isn't worse than another.

Multivitamins are the most expensive urine you can make.
The chance that you actually need them is close to zero without medical advice.
