Cuisine Are these drink powders only popular in Croatia?

Have been to HR a couple of times, but I have noticed just now these... basically sugar and aroma and EVERYONE is drinking it o_O (Guess these add a lot to the overweight problems around here.)

Is this solely a Croatian thing or a Balkans way of life, folks?

I can't remember who said it but, whoever it was, they deserve an award for referring to Vegeta as Crocaine.

In the meantime, I will gladly take the credit.

Vegeta was really popular in hungary up until the 90s too. I agree, it tastes good, but makes everything taste the same a bit.

I am glad it has fallen out of favor, it allows for a lot more variety in flavor.
