This is one of the perks when working on a River cruise ship on the Danube

Have you been onwards to the Romanian/Bulgarian section of the Danube?

BTW are there cruises that go down to the Danube delta? In Ruse there is a big local company that runs cruises and has several ships, but they all start from Vienna and end at Ruse. I think almost all cruise ships that I've seen at the Ruse cruise ship dock do not continue further down to the delta. What's the reason for this?

What's the reason for this?

I think it has to do something with Ukraine and Russia.

Nah, it was like that even before the war.

Yes, there are cruises that go thru the Danube delta, definitely! They definitely go to the Sulina branch.

This cruise that I am working on only goes to Iron Gate, and the Cruises that go pass that are 14 days long and only go to Rousse in Bulgaria.

Looks like a little bit of Aurora Borealis was caught on the second picture there. ๐Ÿ˜

Actually it was built by many, like serbs, hungarians, turks. It was built on the foundations of the roman ruina tho
