They actually did, indirectly. The Japanese ref was helping them out in every possible way. Just this one: Giannis scored 37 points, but got free throws only ONCE in the whole game. This means either that the opponent never touched him when he was going for the basket or the ref went suddenly blind when the defense was trying to hold him down.

Because it's controlled by the Western imperialists and capital. Also they care only if the victims are European Whites. For example Slovakia became full Islamophobic when it was assigned to house 802 refugees in 2015 but never complained about Ukrainians (>100,000).
And 802 people is just 0.01% of Slovakia (5,45 million people).
I believe everything the far right says is nonsensical. Middle Eastern refugees come because the imperialist wars of the West cause suffering, death, pain and destruction.

He kind of refused to take a stance when asked, basically saying “death is horrible”, but the question was specifically talking about the context of Israel and what’s happening in Gaza, to which he replied “no comment” and I’m pretty sure said they are there to play basketball

Despite them playing quite hard and getting away with it, especially in the second half, they weren't really a threat. Only because we made quite a few mistakes they were able to come close. Giannis is literally a demigod, serious candidacy for MVP, 37 points with shooting only 2 FTs is insane. There is a case to be made about him not getting the same treatment as other superstars. Papanicolaou the captain did an great job defensively limiting Avdija, while having some clutch shots, and Samo really showed up. Lithuania will be difficult for us, but we should be able to pull it off if we bring our A game.

Since Belarus and russia are not allowed to play in this tournament, Israel should also be disqualified!
And since Belarus is disqualified from international tournaments for helping russia, all states that supported the US for wars they started, like france, the UK, germany and other european stated should not be able to start at those tournaments. And of course the should disqualified the US from every tournament.
Or just let sports be sport and allow every state to give its best in international tournaments.
