Is there one including the different regions of Georgia? The lower CHG is kind of surprising.

Yeah Qpadm shows different results comparing to G25, qpAdm is a professional dna tool

Do you have qpAdm's for the different regions in georgia? If not, I'd love to send you over some of my data to take a look at if you could. I am not sure what are the best sources or references to use so. Or if you could suggest what references/sources to use
