I mean, gay people can very much have kids still? Lots of options outside of the bio route, not to mention trans people exist

I was just replying to the person saying trans people existed by commenting on the logistics of surgeries probably available in Aangs time. Like plastic surgery probably wasn't available either.

Pretty sure they meant trans people exist, and have kids despite being biologically unable to. But I may be mistaken

I guess depends what you mean by trans people as I was just saying operations to transition probably weren't available in their time as they're quite advanced.
