What was Azula's plan with Zuko, btw? How did she know Aang wasn't dead? Why did she gas her brother up to Ozai? I seriously don't understand.

So that he would own her favors, maybe she didn't know she just suspected it, and didn't want to risk it, it's not like she needs accomplishments

It's the only part of season 3 that I just never understood. Even then, what favors from Zuko does she even need? No way Ozai would crown him Fire Lord, despite being the eldest, and she already had dirt on him because she knew he was visiting Iroh in secret, so like??? What was her angle? Maybe a part of her actually cares for him, but in the flashback for the Agni Kai, she was SMILING watching Ozai burn Zuko, so again, I don't really understand her reasoning at all. Maybe she just wanted to f@#$ with him, like a cat does a mouse.

You get a fallback on the wild chance Aang is alive, you have a target if you fuck up since you hold his girlfriend around his finger.
