Bitter Work is probably my favorite episode because everyone (besides Katara I guess) really has great moments that highlight their personality on their journey. It’s only like the third or so episode with Toph and we see her in her full badass glory, we get amazing moments of Aangs growth and development trying to learn to stand his ground, Sokkas side quest with the saber tooth moose lion cub is classic. And then the cuts to Zuko and Iroh give us the “4 elements/nations” speech and Zuko at absolute PEAK emo as he tells at the sky in the middle of a thunderstorm. chefs kiss
