Take all of this with a pinch of salt, but a while ago I remember to have read a comment explaining the backstory of the pic. And it was something along the lines of him either knowing her, or simply being a fan of her/the show, but in any case he was in the joke too.

However, this is just what I vaguely remember, don't quote me on this, and if other people remember better, feel free to correct me

I also think that if you look in the reflection on the window (right of the man) that could be Sophie turner/Sansa? Or am I just tripping
