I really don't like this the more i learn.

8 year old main characters? Just no, Sounds extremely babyish and childish and as a avatar extremely far fetched to be able to do anything.

Twin avatars, or at least both being able to bend multiple elements? No, lore destroying and extremely gimmicky, probably going to be generic slop.

From some of the leaked info, it's said that Pavi and Nisha are going to be around 9-10 years old. Even then, what is the issue with having 9-10 year old main characters?

We've had other Nick shows centering on 9-10 year old kids as main characters (Hey Arnold, Fairly Odd Parents, Jimmy Neutron, etc.) and nobody has said those were "babyish/childish." Also, from the previous show, we had the Airkids (Jinora, Ikki, Meelo) who were all 6-10 years old during the first 2 books and were able to do stuff (even though they weren't main characters, but still, I don't understand what is the issue here.)

Spongebob and Patrick are adults in contrast to most of these guys, yet their show is more light-hearted than Fairy Oddparents and Jimmy Newtron combined.
