I’m looking for a good smoker that can handle brisket and such. Budget £ 350 tops. I’m from the uk any suggestions?

Usually if someone says a Weber kettle they are referring to the 22 inch, it is kind of the standard over here

You can get a Weber Smokey Mountain 47cm for £400 if you can stretch your budget a little bit.

I went for a standard Weber in the end. If I get on with it I might upgrade. Thanks for the suggestion

Yep, I used a Weber kettle with the snake method of laying charcoal for brisket and such for years. It takes a long time but it works well.

I got my actual smoker off of FB for the cost of the U-Haul trailer as the guy was moving. But I'm US.

Unsure if I see the point personally. I’d sooner someone made a decent heat deflector. It would make the Weber a much better smoker.
