❓Question Post BPD and Polyamory

Basically what the title says! I’m curious if anyone in this sub is poly? Especially if you’re in a poly relationship or have been. Any advice you would give? How do you even manage it??

I'm poly. You have to be really on point with your emotional regulation and self soothing! Poly gets toxic really fast if you don't have a really strong support network outside of your partner(s)!

I didn't say anything about whether or not partners support you. Ideally yes, you obviously want supportive partners.

But it's important to recognize that not every issue should be worked through with a partner (for example, it's considered bad etiquette generally to complain about relationship issues with one partner to your other partner). It's healthy in any relationship to have support systems other than your partners.
