They look similar literally because Nike made that kit design and both sides picked it and used their own color schemes.

They’re different kits though. The Barca kit has a column down the middle whereas the Croatian kit has one column on either side of the middle of the jersey.

I saw a reel on this, basically what the guy mentioned was that the jersey has Croatian jersey like pattern, the sponsor’s name first 3 letters resembles Rakitic’s name and the season wasn’t a special one so you wouldn’t think of someone like Messi.
