Nah. Mokvda/მოკვდა would be the equivalent of died, but gardaitsvala/გარდაიცვალა is definitely the equivalent of passed away. As for the others, you have a multitude of alternatives like perished, kicked the bucket, bit the dust, gave up the ghost, went to the great beyond, snuffed it and I'm sure a lot more others I'm unaware of.
