About 2 years ago I posted a trans batman image and It Like was controversial of all time when it was out but look at us now

That data is wrong, more than 350 were murdered BECAUSE they were trans, but more than that number were killed during the year.

Trans rights are human rights.

On top of that, hate crimes are often underreported as hate crimes, and especially when it comes to trans hate crimes.

Because legal language moves slow, in some places if it cannot be categorized as "homophobia" a hate crime against a trans person for the "crime" of being trans wouldn't be counted as a hate crime.
