Jonathan raised Superman with the idea that he shouldn't, under any circumstances, reveal his powers, because of potential negative consequences both for Clark himself and humanity as a whole.

  1. I personally haven't seen this particular version of Superman having such capabilities.

  2. People there are still going to notice Jonathan suddenly teleporting from tornado to under the bridge, abd that's going to raise suspicion.

Yeah he never showed this much super speed in movies. In bvs everyone jokes of the aura farming at the court house bomb scene. Maybe he's not that fast in zack's world. Then in jl he's fighting with flash in super speed 😵‍💫
