You only see a fraction of this guys life and it’s only when he’s making public appearances. This dude definitely has more than enough time to do whatever he wants to. There’s 24 hours in a day, and you’re acting like he has to shake hands and attend events for 16 of the hours. Also, it’s not like this every single day. He has plenty of downtime, and being one of the most privileged person on the planet I bet he spends it doing awesome things. Well he’s old now, but when he was younger he was.
