LF Drums [in progress] Psychedelic doom/post-rock concept album for electric ukulele - LF Drums

Hi! I'm LiTHiUM THiEF. I'm a bedroom producer and multi-instrumentalist (ukulele, electric ukulele, guitar, bass, saxophone, flute, kalimba, keyboard, synth, hand drums, and several more) currently working on a heavy psychedelic / post-rock / doom drone album called Give My Regards to the Moon and looking for a drummer who might want to collaborate.

The sound so far sits somewhere between Earth, Liquify, GY!BE, and Om, although the project is genre-defiant and spans many sounds. The album focuses primarily on creating a compelling sonic, emotional, and narrative experience for the listener:

Give My Regards to the Moon is a journey through both the light and shadow of the human experience. It is a tale of sacrifice, of choices made in the face of overwhelming darkness, and of the price of knowledge and redemption. With each track, the listener steps deeper into a world where nothing is ever truly lost or saved, but instead transformed—forever bound in the tension between life and death, creation and destruction.

This is a tiny passion project, and I'm not expecting it to make money, but if it does, all collaborators will be compensated their fair share—no funny business. I'm not in this for cash. I'm in it to create a heavy yet beautiful and significant message in a form that will move people and perhaps even provide catharsis and comfort in a world that seldom offers either.

The ideal drummer would be someone with experience with heavy lower-tempo and minimalistic styles like doom and post-rock, but I'm open to talking with anyone who's interested.

If you'd like to hear some clips or discuss this further, please don't hesitate to comment or message me. Also, if anyone stumbles across this looking for a psychedelic electric ukulele player, I'm your person!

Sounds like a cool project. Would love to hear an example and see if it was something I could play. Are these tracks free-form or recorded to a click?

They're all recorded to a grid, although my playing can be a bit loose at a times. I can DM you a link to the demos if you're interested!
