Butthurt OP Why Gen Z Nowadays Hard To Get Jobs
Hi, good Morning everybody, when people say that gen z nowadays seems rude. I just keep quite. I know some old gen z but not the youngsters.
But, recently Im helping my boss searching for part time worker for his business and now I had so much experience dealing with a lot of them.
Mostly that I found, not all gen z are rude. But those that are born 2004 above seems to be very2 rude. Like they dont know manner.
When they apply for jobs, they dont really introduce themself or even say hi. They directly say "what job?", "where?" Like they were talking with their friends.
And more worst, DONT HAVE SPM. Hmm.. Im okay you dont have degree whatsoever. But SPM is like a basic to show you do show up to school all those years.
When I ask, when they dont take SPM. Their answer is they are busy dating and getting married. And now after getting pregnant, they desperately searching for jobs.
However my boss give chances to all this people before, and then I need to work with a bitch. Talking rude and slander me at workplace when the boss is not there.
Luckily boss watch the cctv, and that girl got a warning for being rude and shouting to me. I know why she purposely do that. Because she is afraid she lost her only job and couldnt find anywhere else because she got no SPM. But that doesnt mean you have to eliminate everybody else.
If that is my company, I would prefer candidates that have basic knowledge, basic manner and SPM. Now I know doesnt have SPM is a redflag.

Do you think it's acceptable for someone to take a reasonable time to get ready to exit their parking ? Even if got people waiting for the parking ?
Just now I buying groceries and I bought a lot where the entire trolley is full. When I approached my car, I saw another car signal indicating he want to park my space. I told him to move as it will take a long time. He ignored and basically blocking the entire lane.
I can't just throw my groceries in, I need like 3 min to like put everything in and push the trolley to the storage spot. The cars behind the persons honking because he has been blocking traffic for 1-2 minutes already until the guard come and ask him to move.
Before he moved he scolded me for being "stupid" , "slow", "selfish" before speeding away with middle finger...

Original Content Alright tell me did you guys “Pay Extra” to pass yours car/motor license
I'm about to take my JPJ test in a few days, and most of my teachers have suggested that I “pay extra” to pass. They’ve shared stories about other students failing, which makes me realize how corrupt this system is. 😭 What do you mean I could fail just because a tiny part of my bumper is barely over the line? 😭 Honestly, is this what happens to everyone else, or is it just at my location?
Edit: BTW wish me luck guys cause i ain’t pay for that shit bruh😭😭😭

For the love of everything holy, please do not stop in the middle of a tight traffic when you're riding the motorcycle
Long story short, got a very very close near miss with a dump truck when someone suddenly stopped in the middle, halting the congo line of motorcycle. If I had put my feet in the wrong place, I could have probably have a broken leg by now or worse, dead getting smushed by the truck. A lot of riders could have got hurt ffs.
That's why you fucking ride it slow with traffic, don't go speedy and then just suddenly fucking stops

Rural healthcare in Malaysia – what’s it like for you?
Anyone here living in a rural area? How’s the healthcare access like for you — is it easy to get treatment or still a struggle? Do you have to travel far to get your treatment?
