Butthurt OP Why Gen Z Nowadays Hard To Get Jobs
Hi, good Morning everybody, when people say that gen z nowadays seems rude. I just keep quite. I know some old gen z but not the youngsters.
But, recently Im helping my boss searching for part time worker for his business and now I had so much experience dealing with a lot of them.
Mostly that I found, not all gen z are rude. But those that are born 2004 above seems to be very2 rude. Like they dont know manner.
When they apply for jobs, they dont really introduce themself or even say hi. They directly say "what job?", "where?" Like they were talking with their friends.
And more worst, DONT HAVE SPM. Hmm.. Im okay you dont have degree whatsoever. But SPM is like a basic to show you do show up to school all those years.
When I ask, when they dont take SPM. Their answer is they are busy dating and getting married. And now after getting pregnant, they desperately searching for jobs.
However my boss give chances to all this people before, and then I need to work with a bitch. Talking rude and slander me at workplace when the boss is not there.
Luckily boss watch the cctv, and that girl got a warning for being rude and shouting to me. I know why she purposely do that. Because she is afraid she lost her only job and couldnt find anywhere else because she got no SPM. But that doesnt mean you have to eliminate everybody else.
If that is my company, I would prefer candidates that have basic knowledge, basic manner and SPM. Now I know doesnt have SPM is a redflag.

Jauh betul menyimpang kau ni. Kalau ye pun beragak la nak menghina anak orang. Sistem merit dia? Sistem kokurikulum dia? Ada baca tak ni
