Yeah, but you know what else is temporary? Treating yourself like a kid once in a while. A rigid diet isn’t the way to sustain long-term health. it’s about variation and moderation. That’s the real key.
Sure, we eat to live, not live to eat… but enjoying a damn good Ramly double special, old-school mid-cut style once in awhile, is also part of living.
