Ngl everytime i see polis trafik i salute man. They always on top of their game when doing their work and seem to never complain be it very early in the morning or tengah panas. Salute ayah bro
yesssss. see how the flow improves without these selfish a-holes.
your journey may get longer bcs of it, but causing other people so much unnecessary stress and time loss bcs of you is just shitty
The traffic light is notorious to be known to be short, personally this is my hell to pass but i never poting. But need to wait 20-30 minutes sometimes. But you a holes like this that love to putting making us wait longer. Ngl this made me happy. Hope they do this often
I ride my bike to work and back home i always see cars cutting queue so i used my annoying moto privilege and honk these cars whenever they try to signal to cut lines its fun you have the right to scream at them as well cuz uts a double line mean you can't switch lanes
Dont worry I don't honk at random cars that try to switch lanes normally because I usually have few secs to slow down to let them switch lanes and yes i hate bikers that honk at cars for signalling properly its noise pollution
You guys are lucky. You are just asked to move away. Here in Dubai, it is a basic penalty of AED 600. Many a times in Sharjah, you wont even know that you are fined and realizes ocne it comes as SMS notificaiton
Ouch, that's scarily steep amounts for me. Btw, can I ask is it common to see people committing traffic infractions there? I mean the ones like in the video; cutting queues, double parking, running red lights, that sort of thing
Yes. Very common and we donāt have police standing there. We have hi-tech cameras installed some places, it is live CCTV. Some other places it is programmed to catch or capture the violation.
Breaking red signal is dangerous amounting to fine I believe between 3000 AED to 5000 AED with the car being confiscated for 30 days and black points. I believe 12.
Ohhh I like the harsh punishment for running red lights, it's quite common here to the point even passing a green light I made a habit to glance at all other lanes.
I'm familiar with this road and there's usually a long queue because the traffic light turns red after like 10 seconds. And then need to wait 3 to 4 mins or so for the next green light. Why can't the traffic light duration for this road be changed?
I always follow the queue buddy. The context of my question is why can't JPJ or other relevant government agency consider changing the duration of the green light, which seems to be the cause of the long queue. It's a genuine question and your assumption that I don't follow the queue is downright childish.
You're missing the point and your question presumes I have not (and that the status quo will change if I have). I think we need to be better in having public discourse minus the fingerpointing and nitpicking.
you failed to imply that you have already done so -- and proceed to lecture people for assuming the obvious. I think we need to be better in descriptive writing minus the pretensiousness in clarification.
This road is hell. The traffic light after this left bend only lets 5-6 cars through every round. And the queue cutters make it 10x worse for people waiting in line.
Sometimes i look at the driver first, and no plat, people who lives outside the city mmg selalu salah jalan so why not. But the obvious bmw merc users. They can f off.
Kadang nampak auntie tua, kasi can je la, she probably terlajak.
Ok so if a car beside me wants to potong queue, should I just mengalah or not? My blood boils when people potong queue like this. Seeing that policeman don't tolerate this kind of people is really satisfying
I don't know what's the difference between cutting queue and zipper merge. I always get mad too when people potong queue like this, but like, I'm not gonna zipper merge because I get mad when people potong my queue. But I know that zipper merge is legal.
The deeper issue lies in the lack of a well-planned public transport system in Klang Valley. This is compounded by the governmentās push for domestic car sales, which has flooded the roads with too many cars. Add to that the poor city and road planning, and, to top it all off, the absence of serious repercussions for breaking traffic law resulting in reckless driving.
I'm with you on this, honestly there are quite number of road that forces you to merge in because the queue already superceeds the exit that you come from. The best one I can say is kuchai lama exit to mid valley. 3 lanes by definition, but 7 lanes in the morning.
Akhirnya!
You know whatās sad? These cunts still think they are in the right. They will continue doing this for the rest of their lives. This perangai kenot fix liao.
Damn, watching this gives me so much satisfaction. I always meet these Sohai drivers. Ppl who drive like this are the definition of selfish and it's unfortunate that there are a lot of them.
Omggggg fuck yeah please come everyday. This lane can stay to half an hour. First traffic light sekejap then idiot busy potong. I fucking hate this laneeee
What if I try to merge as soon as I can but people just won't tolerate and give space and I end up having to merge very last minute.
Like the intention to queue properly is there, but since the queue is longer than the road I exit from and people just won't alternate and let people in while moving.. is it cutting queue? š¤
I know a few road that is horribly designed in a way I can never go home if I don't break a rule.
There's that road from Mudajaya building in Damansara where it demands you to cut 3 lanes to enter that traffic light lane. If you failed to cut then you're forced to make a big circle back to this loophole.
There's a highway that leads to this traffic light and it's always congested leaving zero breathing room for people merging from the left.
Which... doesn't make sense that I have to wait until 9pm for the traffic to cool down.
I didn't state it, but I'm not referring to this specific road, specifically it's the exit from the tunnel that goes under the north-south highway near Paradigm Mall merging onto the LDP.
So in this situation, as soon as you go onto LDP, theres no way to get at the back of the queue, the line is mergeable, putus-putus.
Hence why I specifically mentioned that:
"The exit I come out from is ahead of the queue".
I guess it's better to stop in the middle of the road until someone gives way, go out of your car, find out which car was the back of the queue, then wait for it to pass then merge.
But what about the people who arenāt aware that theyāre supposed to turn left at that momentā¦what if theyāre new to the roadā¦ā¦..? And have no choice but to cutā¦..?
