Question Odd but genuine question

As the title says, it's a very odd question, but how long do you think it will take for a person to get a job in Botswana? This could be any kind of job, from a general hand to something that requires a degree.?

Incredibly hard . There are Batswana in their 30+ with degrees that have never been employed (education is free so most people who qualify do have degrees). Unless you have friends and family to “hook you up” or a very stong network it is a nightmare. Our unemployment rate is one of the highest in the world.
