Question Odd but genuine question

As the title says, it's a very odd question, but how long do you think it will take for a person to get a job in Botswana? This could be any kind of job, from a general hand to something that requires a degree.?

first comment is accurate however it is important to note that finding entry level jobs is not always difficult but career progression is something that proves to be difficult. I have no verified sources and speak only from observation but a decent number of graduates usually find employment only to be exploited for their talents with low compensation and no promotion. This may be a result of the supply issue mentioned which corporations leverage to keep their expenses low.
