So fucking pumped for the fight, man.

Best version of Canelo we’ve seen in years (close to Charlo fight form) vs most motivated Bud we’ve seen.

I got Canelo winning but I wouldn’t be upset at all if I get this one wrong.

Man, I hope Bud wins lmao but I just don’t see it. I was watching Canelo yesterday and forgot how good he used to be. That shot he hit Saunders with that broke his face with made me cum in my pants.

I keep seesawing myself. I like both, but truthfully Canelo burned me as a fan when he shamelessly ducked Benavidez.

However, I think this is the last great fight of his career, and 168 has been his best and most dominant weight class for half a decade now. This is one of those great “do or die” fights, same as ones like Ali vs Norton II.

I feel the same way. Tarnished his legacy a lot in my opinion. I think it’d be great for boxing if Bud pulled it off though.

Oh definitely. It’s crazy seeing people say they’re not hyped and expect it to be boring. I think both being counterpunchers who love to actually throw bombs is gonna produce something great either way. But Bud making history would be crazy.

I want Bud to win personally, especially with how Canelo was acting towards Benavidez and the fact that he decided to fight Bumguia and Bumlanga. But another part of me thinks the Boxing Gods are far too cruel for that lmao. Canelo has a blockhead, the clear A-Side with prefilled scorecards to boot. And that recent picture of him sparring with Boots Ennis who's probably quicker and fresher then Bud atp. Hard to see Bud winning unless he really pulls out a Mayweather and beats Canelo on the inside, outside and to the punch.

I really don’t want both to win. Bud specifically if he wins, people will think he’s god literally even thought I don’t see Bud beating most of the 168lb contenders even if he wins against Canelo.

Canelo is holding the division too much, ducked Benavidez, popped, but I’d rather him lose to someone like Iglesias who is the only person below 175 who I see beating him.

Lmao, I can already see if Bud won, people making hypothetical matchups between Beterbiev and Crawford or Bivol and Crawford.

I get what you’re saying, if Bud wins, he’s likely retiring, which takes away Canelos ability to hold up the division because Bud will relinquish the belts.

With that said though, the only reason I can see Canelo losing is because he’s not the same Canelo he once was.

Remember when Canelo said he wanted Usyk at 200 or something like that before Bivol. Swear he had some believes as well, if Bud wins, people will be saying he smokes Usyk or someone like that.

I do agree on the last paragraphs.

I still wanna see it just because of the delusional fans that think Canelo wins haha.

Ultimately, I think fans of both fighters will be unbearable after this fight depending on who wins. My thing here is, Canelo did not fight good opposition after the Bivol fight when he had many opportunities to fight Benavidez. Hell, he could have fought Morrell, Mbilli, Pacheco, etc. And now he is fighting someone who never fought at 160 let alone 168.

Bud got the payday, okay. But ultimately he's the one at a massive disadvantage, I can't hate on that. He's been severely avoided and disrespected for most of his career. And it's not like he used any controversial tactics to get to this position. This is why I want him to beat Canelo. If this happens, then Canelo receives the ultimate karma.

It’s just Bud will retire, Canelo still has the chance to lose to someone like Iglesias if he even dares.

Maybe Canelo might retire too if he loses to Crawford 🤷‍♂️ and would losing to Iglesias be "karma" enough?

Lmao I don't like either of them winning tbh. Crawford had the entire 154 division and while Fundora was ducking he could have fought Ortiz or Bakhram and now he's holding a belt he's never going to defend and just going to hand off to Boots AGAIN lmao. And Canelo, just wasting everyone's time. We can judge Floyd all day but only Floyd last two fights were kinda goofy. Canelo's last 6 fights have all sucked. GGG III (Who asked for this lmao), John Ryder (Stay Busy Fight), Charlo (A 154 lber moving up two divisions), Munguia (A guy that never even held a belt at 160 and dodged fighting anyone of note at the weight class), Berlanga (A b-level fighter that as soon as he fought fighters that weren't cans started having wars with Journeyman and should have been DQed after biting a guy lmao), Scull (A random Euro guy, more blame on the IBF) and now he's fighting a guy who started his career at 135...
