It’s not the ease of it (which one can argue isn’t easy depending on when you do it), but it’s more so the mental toll it can take on a woman.

You have a strange circle of friends - none of my friend group has ever gotten an abortion, and if one was needed, they likely would be bothered by it.

As are my circle of friends - maybe my friends just think ahead and prevent those situations in the first place.

Prevention is better than reaction.

No abortion is without risks, why bother putting yourself in a position whereby you are willingly taking on unneeded risks, and potentially having it affect your mental health, when you can avoid those situations in the first place.
