Last Sunday, I saw a post about breakfast baked potatoes on Reddit and got inspired to make my own this morning. I stuffed them with seasoned potatoes, sausage, creamy sausage gravy, fluffy scrambled eggs, and melted cheese, paired with homemade biscuits on the side. The combination was absolutely delicious and made for an incredible meal!

Eggs scrambled with salt, pepper, green onion, and some cheese with secret aardvark hot sauce on top, an english muffin with homemade blackberry jam and butter, and kimchi with a glass of milk.

As the title says blueberry pancakes and sausage. Real maple syrup.

I cook my omelets slow and low. Always come out soft.
