Anybody have kids that go to Breck elementary
Looking for help with my 9-year-old. Is there anyone who lives near Breckenridge Elementary who can provide morning assistance 4 days a week? Any input or assistance would be great!? I'm happy to pay for this service!?

I just moved to Breckenridge why is everything so expensive? It wasn't like this back ____________, people were nicer and everything was affordable.

I have reached out to a ton on care.com and not many returning my messages or they want $700 a month

That's a really REALLY reasonable price for a month of early morning childcare. If you're not taking this then I doubt Reddit can help with this

That seems like a fair price.

Seems high for hanging out with my kiddo for less than an hour a day 4 times a week

Yea but it's not an hour, it's time to get over to your place and to not do other jobs to make space for you.
Honestly that's not a bad price.

It’s close to an hour. And it’s common for work like this to charge for an hour minimum. $700/mo for 28hr of work a month is $25/hr, which is not particularly high wage in the county.
You can’t expect other people living in a HCOL resort town to subsidize you living here by performing services for under market rate.
