Discussion Custom / Personalized Jersey Question

I haven't bought a jersey in a long time. I am unfamiliar with the new sizes and typically wear a 3XL- Tall or (4XL-Tall if runs smaller). I would be looking to put a hoodie under it during the extreme cold season.

Also, I'm looking for a custom jersey with my name on the back. I am just curious on opinions and if there if fans have unwritten rule. Should I choose a number a player doesn't have or just any number that has personal meaning?

I am really the only NFL fan in my family, so I am counting on my extended Dawg Pound

Id say get a size bigger if you wanna put a hoodie under it when cold. And get whatever number you want on it. Pretty sure fanatics sells custom official jerseys

That’s where I was looking. I figured players change so much, custom might be the way to go

Might be a hot take, but getting your own name on a jersey is kind of corny. If you’re worried about players changing, then I’d say go for a retired legend.

I get that and see how it could be. I’m a corny person though, it might fit my personality. Not sure but other option is getting a Flacco jersey
