BoC 6ft / 160lbs / 16.5% bf - When to start bulk?

Hi,

I’ve currently been floating around 160-165lbs for a few weeks now and I am not sure whether to commit to quick 3-4 week cut and then bulk or whether to start the bulk sooner?

I am happy with how I look and my strength is pretty good but I feel tiny whenever I put on clothes so I am indecisive about what to do.

Any advice?

I would say maintain. You look great. More like 13% body fat visually is what you look like.

I agree with maintaining. You look absolutely great. You could grow bigger if you want, but that would mean you'll start to attract more guys than girls. If you're into that, go for it.

Bulk and your more liek 13-15 bf also you look rly good and bulking to 20 percent bf then cutting would make you look like an absolute unit my man

4 week cut. I think you’re closer to 14% now. Lean it out then grow

Your upper body is looking strong! I’d say you could bulk, maintaining your upper body and letting your lower body gains catch up. But I’m a newbie and don’t know much. I’d be interested if anyone else sees neglected potential in the lower body here.

I agree my legs are lacking, a bulk would definitely help them catch up!

I’m in the same spot. But I think legs are going to gain pounds of muscle better than upper body would. There’s just more mass to be had there. And that will definitely help with a body recomp and lowering your body fat percentage.

Now. Can bulk now. Or maintain. I like your current physique enough already.
